Reminder! This week’s Saturday workout is at Inspiration Point at 8:15am. There is a Weightlifting Meet at the gym all weekend so we will only be having the one class. Please reserve in ZenPlanner :)

5 Pause Back squats 3 sec pause 60-70% of 1RM
*Focus on controlled decent, staying tight and engaged at the bottom then stand up fast.
