We will teach you the basics of fitness, nutrition, and everything that will help you understand where you need to start to achieve your weight loss goals.

Ideal for individuals completely new to nutrition knowledge and working out. If jumping straight into a work out seems too intimidating, this is the perfect opportunity to put your feelers out there to see where you should start in your journey.

What to expect:
- A nutrition presentation to give you clear guidance on what to look for in food, especially grocery shopping. Remember - abs are made in the kitchen!
- A movement assessment to determine what kind of movement would help you get to your goals quickest.
- An introduction to basic fitness movements, things you can do at home and on your own!
