We offer individualized programming for people looking for something other than a group fitness class or closely guided coached sessions. Programs can range from 2 - 5 times/week and focus on strength, general fitness, weightlifting, powerlifting, or injury rehabilitation, whichever fits your goals best. 

Who needs programming?

  • Individuals who have a good understanding of working out but aren't sure what to do when they show up at the gym to get to their goals. Even if you don't know how to work out, we can teach you that before being 'let loose' on your own with your program!
  • Individuals recovering from injury and need specific strengthening and/or conditioning work to get back into shape. 
  • Individuals who don't want group fitness classes, aren't interested in personal training, and like to train on their own. 
  • Individuals who like to workout during the day or late in the evening.
